Junto is in search of a Social Media Manager to oversee our internal social media marketing efforts, as well as publishing on relevant social channels for our client accounts.

The role would consist of some of the following:

  • Creating copy for Junto social media marketing efforts that is in line with our brand voice/tone
  • working in our project management system (teamwork) with our content marketing team to complete tasks assigned for both internal marketing and client accounts
  • Utilizing our content calendar, writing and publishing social media posts
  • Promoting posts for Junto and clients on a monthly basis with an allocated budget
  • Providing a monthly overview on Junto and client social media accounts (including budget spent, highest performing ads, impression, etc)
  • Publishing new articles from client blogs to relevant social media channels

We’re searching for a front and back-end experienced WordPress web developer who can help to fulfill projects at a range of 15-20 hours a week.

We’re searching for a person who takes pride in their work. You won’t always know the right answer and sometimes you’ll screw up. We’re looking for someone who able to fail fast and learn quickly from their mistakes.

We respect the hell out of our team and need someone who does the same. No drama, no bad-mouthing, no bullshit. We’re blunt. We tell it how it is, and we’re a stronger team because of it.

  • Serving as a lead website/theme builder for WordPress projects
  • Generating turnaround and hourly estimates on a per-project basis
  • Working and fulfilling development within Teamwork (our project management portal), including project communication, deadlines, etc
  • Being available for a 2-hour window Monday-Friday between the hours of 9am and 5pm MST to chat directly with Account Managers in regards to projects.
  • Work within defined company systems and processes – including the use of Bitbucket to manage theme code and oversee iterations during development
  • Resolving quality assurance (QA) items as they are noted by our team – including cross-browser testing and responsive QA for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
  • Surfacing potential issues to the Account Manager as early as possible so they can be addressed and resolved
  • Ensuring website content is editable through Advanced Custom Fields, as specified in functionality during the project kickoff
  • Assist in implementation of ongoing SEO improvements for all client accounts


Required Skills:

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Intermediate level knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript, PHP, and MySQL
  • Intermediate level knowledge of WordPress CMS
  • Intermediate level knowledge of Advanced Custom Fields
  • Basic understanding of SEO, including redirects in htaccess, de-indexing pages, etc
